START UP PROCEDURES

• Set up projector screen on stage
• Set up video rack next to FOH lighting console
  • All cables and adapters should be found in the Video Rack drawer*

Upstairs

• Take ethernet cable, projector power cable, and HDMI cable from video rack and bring them upstairs
• Plug projector power into surge protector and HDMI into projector HDMI input
• Turn on projector and take off lens cap
• Use projector remote to focus projector and align to screen
  • Focus → Hold down arrow keys to adjust focus (Best focus likely between 223 and 226)
  • Menu → Settings → Keystone → Quick Corner
• Unplug green ethernet cable from wall under desk and plug Vox’s ethernet into wall
• Drop cables down to FOH

FOH

• Plug blue PowerCon cable into back of Video Rack and connect to wall outlet
• Plug HDMI from Projector into Screen Out on Video Rack
• Plug ethernet from upstairs into WAN port on Video Rack
• Connect 6 Channel Audio Snake (From Audio Rack Drawer) to back of Video Rack and connect to Channels 1-6 on Audio Console
• Set up Confidence monitor next to Video Rack.
• Plug power into the video rack.
• Get ProPresenter laptop from Campus Pastor
• Plug thunderbolt cable from Blackmagic UltraStudio Monitor into computer
• Plug HDMI cable from UltraStudio Monitor to ProPresenter input on the Video Rack panel
