START UP PROCEDURES

PRO 1, PRO 2, AND RESI COMPUTERS SHOULD REMAIN ON AT ALL TIMES

• Login to Pro 1, Pro 2, and Resi computers
• Power on building AVL system by pressing “Production Mode” on the touchpad beside console
• Turn on projectors and lobby displays via the touchpad
  • Projectors:
    • Projector Control → Side Projectors AND Center Projector ON
  • Lobby Displays:
    • Lobby Control → Display Power ON
• On Pro 1 computer, open ProPresenter to display slides
  • Pro 1 computer displays slides ONLY to sanctuary
• On Pro 2 computer, open ProPresenter and select slides from “Rotating Slides” and “Rotating Slides Screen 2”
  • Lobby TVs have two separate outputs. This will display slides through both
  • Pro 2 computer displays slides ONLY to lobby
• Multi-view monitor is for monitoring all building displays
• Stream Deck controls display and audio outputs

  • Ensure audio computer (FOH far left) is on and running Bitfocus Companion application
  • It is important to use Stream Deck buttons as applicable, as they are directly correlated to each section of service
