- Single loop button
- Pressing the icon that looks like a broken circle repeats the section you are currently in one time
- Infinite loop button
- Pressing the infinite symbol icon (sideways S) will repeat the section you are currently in until you press something else to tell it not to
- Pad Player (press the faders icon twice on ipad, visible on laptop right away) – Going into this section of faders will allow you to lower the volume of the Pad. This is especially useful in rehearsal, where you would often lower the volume almost all the way
Further Tips
- How to begin or end a song at a time other than the default beginning or end
- Click ‘Edit’
- Click the three dots in the middle of the thumbnail of the song you would like to
edit
- Scroll down until you see the ‘Duration’ section
- You can change the ‘Start Point’ and ‘End Point’ here and even select ‘5 Second Fade Out’
- One way you might use this is as follows:
- A song you’d like to do ends on a big chorus, but you’d like to flow into a low chorus and there is no low chorus in the song to pull from. What you could do is find the timestamp of the moment you’d like to fade the song out, input that value in the ‘End Point’ area, and select ‘5 second Fade Out.’ You could then add ‘Click and Pad’ segment to your set in the same key, time signature, and bpm and then autolink into that. That would allow you to flow directly into a free section that has pad and click for you.
